For more than 20 years, PCCP has served clients as a premier integrated real estate investment management company, with experience managing over $15 billion in real estate capital. Additionally, PCCP is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

In November 2017, the council took a detailed look at Thanksgiving and Black Friday spending in brick-and-mortar retail locations through consumer surveys. Through this research, the ICSC determined that more than 145 million consumers shopped at local malls and outlets, spending an average of $377.50 per person on gifts and $78.70 on food and/or entertainment.

The ICSC also found that 87 percent of holiday consumers purchased items online and in-store, with 69 percent of those who picked up online orders continuing to buy additional items while they were in physical stores. Additionally, nearly three-quarters of consumers spent at least as much as they had in 2016.
